Return & Refund Policy
1. 30 Days Free Return & Exchange
All our products have a 30 Days Free Return & Exchange Guarantee. Undamaged products may be returned for full refund for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Once the returned item arrives back in Quntis House Light's for inspection, the refund process will begin. Please note that returns must include all accessories.
2. 1-Year Exchange-Only Guarantee
For any products purchased from Quntis House Light, we offer a 1-Year Exchange-Only Guarantee beyond the initial 30-day period. If your product encounters any manufacturing defects or malfunctions within 1 year of purchase, you may request a replacement. Once the faulty item is returned to Quntis House Light's warehouse and inspected, a replacement unit will be shipped to you. Please note that exchanges must include all original accessories, and the item must be undamaged by improper use.
3.Return Procedure
Step 1: You can use our online website to initiate online returns ( online return). We also accept return requests via email. Please contact houselight@quntis.com, indicating the item(s) you would like to return, the order number, the reason you'd like to return it, and a photo of the item in its current state. If there are quality issues, please provide images of the exact faulty parts of said items and the cardboard tag, we will process your request within 24 hours upon your submission
Step 2: Please mail back your item(s) according to return instructions from our service team
Step 3: Within 3-5 days after our warehouse has received your item(s) and approved your request, the corresponding refund will be issued to the original payment account or credit card, according to your communication with our service team
Note:
If it is due to the quality of the product, the return postage will be borne by Quntis; if it is due to man-made damage during use during the warranty period, the postage of the return needs to be paid by the customer

Do not send returned items to the sender's address from the package you received. We will not accept any returns without you contacting us first.
Please make sure your item is covered under warranty before process for refund or exchange.
